JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales pipeline development in France and international markets

Define sales strategy

  • Define Fortia’s products positioning in the market based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Competitive markets analysis
  • Identify executive accounts and potential markets
  • Recommend different axes of development for Fortia (fast-growing market segments, sales channels & objectives, prospecting strategy, etc.)
  • Determine sales objectives (volumes & margins)
  • Define sales channels & objectives per region & per sector

Management of sales strategy development in France & international markets

  • Develop & manage clients base: prospect et maintain client relationships
  • Conduct negotiations as part of new contracts
  • Participate to external events (trade shows, conferences etc.)

Monitoring et analysis of sales performances

  • Tracking & analysis of sales results
  • Reporting sales activities to the General Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent knowledge of sales and negociations techniques
  • Business strategy skills
  • Good listening and analysis abilities, tenacity & perseverance
  • Fluent English
  • Dynamism, autonomy, persuasion skills
  • Strong customer-focused approach
